Short Biography:
Dr. María Victoria Giussi Bordoni received a medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires. She is specialist on Family Medicine (National Ministry of Health), and specialist in Health Informatics (National Ministry of Education). Since 2016, she is working in the Buenos Aires City's Health Ministry, in the design, development and implementation of a Digital Agenda. She is also working on projects related to the incorporation of ICT in emergency areas.
